Havanah Chen has been a member of our instructional family here at the Ambrose University
Academy of Music for the past two years . . . [A]s well as teaching lessons, our [teachers] participate
in weekly Pedagogy Forums, attend guest lectures on teaching topics, and generally, becoming
part of a network of teaching professionals. During Havanah’s time in the Academy program,
she has grown a successful studio of pupils via her expertise, but also thanks to her personable
and nurturing manner. In sum, she has become a popular member of the Academy’s teaching
team. I have enjoyed watching Havanah grow as a pedagogue and subsequently, have also
witnessed progress in her students too—as evident in student recitals.

interact with, and someone who exhibits wonderful potential.
