Havanah Chen . . . was an exceptionally patient, kind and caring instructor. She not only managed to properly guide [my daughter] on the rigors of learning piano theory (which can be rather tedious for a 6-year old girl), but successfully encouraged her to actually want to do it. Havanah’s attentive and caring attitude was greatly appreciated by us.
